He manages to capture the perfect moment in all of his photos. He only a split second to capture photos like these. His timing is phenomenal. It is hard to capture birds flying away at the right time and you only have one try. His composition is wonderful. It is all very pleasing to the eye. The composition brings your eye all around the photo. He brings focus to the spontaneous things going on and the still things in the photo. The idea behind this photo is that so many of our "natural" foods are altered with gmos in a lab. As time goes on less and less of our foods are organic or natural or unaltered.  They are altered to last longer or taste different or look more appealing. My goals for this piece were to take an appealing picture that depicts something important. I believe i reached this goal.
