Many people are afraid when faced with failure, but what matters most is repetition. Even if we fall try to be confident with ourselves that we are capable of dealing with the situation. 

My personal reaction is after watching this content, I gained more confident skill because before this I was a person who was less confident in doing something, especially when doing something in front of people, this is because I was afraid, they would give negative comments and bad perceptions. The part in his talk is to believe in yourself, to accomplish any task, no matter the odds, no matter the difficulty, no matter the adversity to believe that you can accomplished it, self- confident. From this part, it opened my mind so that it is not worth hearing people say bad things about ourselves, when we fail then do repetition.
