I completely agree because for someone who appreciates metal, the consistent combinations of bass and drums, two that really set the rhythm for the band to follow, and the guitar paired with a vocalist, which is also a prominent duo that really brings the sound to the forefront of our senses, is truly highlighted by closeness. The bass feeds off of the drummer while linking the drums to the rest of the instruments through balancing tones.
