 The electoral college is good for many reasons. If everybody voted with one system there would be a lot of fraud. And it gives voice to the smaller states. If the popular vote loses again then I would think about wanting it to change but I think that the electoral college is good for now. Also, the electoral keeps everything organized if we counted the individual votes it would be a lot of votes and we would not know what the winning number is. If we get rid of the electoral college it would also be a lot of work to get it going and we don't want to have a messed up election, even if it is only for one election. That way the candidates running for presidency don't just focus on the big states that have a major population. Another issue that will come up if the candidates get voted through the popular vote is voter fraud. One reason that there is not voter fraud today is that there are so many different ways to vote but if it is individual voting then people have the potential to hack the system and add there vote a bunch of times. Why? Well, if you think of those small states or states that do not have a lot of population (like Alaska), they need to have more votes to state their claim of whom our states people should be. The states who are providing them more votes can be like "What the heck? Why?"   You might be like that if some of your valuable things were taken away, but this is a good deed they are doing.
I also believe that Electoral College keeps frauds from doing any harm to our country, U.S.A. If you want a place that is balanced, safe, and strong, Keep the one and only, ELECTORAL COLLEGE!
