I learnt a lot about the international work of my partners and that way got some more ideas which kind of projects could be implemented in my own school. I also became aware about what my school already does by doing a kind of stocktaking and where we can still make thinks better.

I learned today that our school has a long way to go and a lot of work to do to become an Erasmus-School. I hope I will be able to bring good ideas and transfer the spirit that is necessary for this project on my collegues for they join it!

Today I chose a picture of the group, sitting outside working and talking about our school projects at home. I learned a lot about what it needs to write an application for accreditation, but what I valued most were the numerous ideas I received for my own work from what my colleagues do at their respective schools. And most importantly, I realized how important it is to have role models. For me, it was great to receive all that input today but on the other hand, I can also be a role model for my students and my fellow teachers.

This class was really interesting, cause we know a lot of interesting information about schools of our collegues from the course.
