         <description><![CDATA[<div>Great Britain is a parliamentary government, meaning that the government and the president has all the power. The US is a Presidential Govt. meaning that the President gets a  branch, but doesn't get congress. In other words, they get partial power, but not as much as a Parliamentary Govt. </div>]]></description>
