Today I would like to talk about my fitness and eating habits. Honestly, I have eating habits unhealthy. I don’t really like to eat house rice and eat a lot of fast food. So I’m pretty chubby. Fast food is delicious but I have to avoid it if I want to have a good body. My family usually has fish in meals, but fish is not my favorite food that why I hate eating house rice. Before the covid pandemic happened, I had a wonderful vacation at Phan Thiet beach with my family. Phan Thiet is quite far from my city but we were there by motobike. The weather was so nice that made me want to run directly to the beach, enjoy the fresh air and clean water. There were a lot of people swimming, sunbathing, playing volleyball on the shore. We swim in the sea and then we go to eat seafood there, they were so delicious. Then we went to the hotel nearby and stayed at service I was very pleased with. I went to Đồi Cát Bay and Phu Quy island ,too .They were very wonderful. I felt very fun and happy because I also met many foreigners,they were tourists and I had talked to them a lot . We stayed in Phan Thiet for a week and the last day, I went to some gift shop near the beach to buy souvenir for my grandparents and my friends. Last month I went to Vung Tau beach with my lover by car, the view in the road is really amazing, some view is really chill. We stayed there for about 3 days at Green River Boutique Hotel. The room rate that we booked is about 700,000vnđ/ 1 night, I booked it on the Traveloka app. The price for a room is kinda expensive but we have such amazing view. On the first day, we went to eat seafood and dishes such as: banh khot, banh xeo, buttercream, ... specialties of Vung Tau sea. The time we went to Vung Tau was summer so it’s really hot at there and the weather gave us the opportunity for us to went to the beach. When I swimming I feel so comfortable and all of the stress has been rolling away, it made me feel relaxed. The people at Vung Tau are really warm and funny, the food is delicious, the view is amazing I wish I can stay here forever but the vacation julastsast for 3 days so I’m kinda sad when I had to left Vung Tau. About food and drinks I will buy at supermarkets like Bach Hoa Xanh, Vinmart,... because the food there is clean and fresh. One of my best memories is the trip to Da Lat with my friends last spring holiday, which lasted 2 days and 1 night. Therefore, I want to talk about today.

To me, the trip was not just a holiday but rather an interesting experience and learning, because the trip is the school's training coach. It’s called “Thu Linh Sinh Vien'' for leaders of each class to improve the spirit’s team and leader skill. That was the first time I decided to take a trip independently. As we know, Da Lat, which is the most popular destination and attracts numerous tourists, is located in Lam Dong Province. We’re taken 6 hours to get to Da Lat by coach. As soon as we reached there after a long journey, I was stunned by the beautiful scenic views that I only heard from rumors. After we’d had breakfast, we moved to another place to join the training program. All of us were excited and crazy about having to play with water balloons under 16 degrees. After lunch, we took a short rest then we went to the coffee shop. In the evening, we joined the Gala Dinner and chilled together. That moment was meaningful. Next, we went to Da Lat’s market to enjoy some popular cuisines like baked rice, hot royal milk, avocado ice cream, etc. On the following day, we arrived at Cau Dat to admire the view. How amazing it is. I was extremely surprised by the natural beauty, fresh air and it's nice to take some fabulous photos. I was really into it and absolutely didn't want to leave. I had a relaxing and wonderful time in Da Lat. That was a pity when we only stayed there for 2 days. The trip left me with many impressive and unforgettable memories. That is all I want to share.

I'm pretty easygoing and dynamic, so I always prioritize some basic and comfortable items like T-shirts, jeans, trousers for unusual days. I love black a lot, so that reason why there are almost black clothes in my wardrobe. However, on special occasions, I spend a lot of time dressing up with blouses, skirts, blazers, and sneakers to make my own style. Sometimes, I try becoming a lady or sexy woman, I love to see in all of the different styles. Especially, I'm really into wearing the uniform because I feel confident and formal when I put it on. In my opinion, the uniform lets us know about the pride of an organization. Moreover, the uniform makes the connection and equality between the colleagues and the environment. Besides, I barely wear some tight clothes, typical as leggings. I know they make me more good-looking, but I'm not confident at all. In the past, I used to shop online once a month because of convenience. But now, I haven't bought anything new since starting quarantine.

To stay in shape, I usually do sports like jogging, jumping rope, and abs. I jog every day at 5 a.m. I do other activities 3 times a week for two hours each time.
