I have good days and not so good days. I love when I feel useful and am able to work with and help teachers be successful. Other days, I struggle when teachers I am assigned do not want to meet for various reasons. I always wonder, do I make them meet or not? It gets frustrating, especially when I am compared to others.

Continually adding new strategies and practices into my coaching, as well as implementing within the classroom.  With many new initiatives, coaching is much more individualized and geared towards where they feel their biggest needs are.
