I honestly don't know how many of these emails I sent to the team during data collection. But I remember always getting multiple responses right away from team members willing to join a focus group on the weekend, in the middle of the night, or all of the above.

This was a lengthy guide to produce and I can't thank enough all the reviewers and people I pinged to ask for feedback or thoughts. It was truly a collaborative effort. Seeing an IPD Data Scientist's comments made it all worth it. "This is a great guide! This will undoubtedly set the field up for success in their completion of the Assessment Form. The details are fantastic."

We coded THOUSANDS of responses, and NVivo/SPP-R did not make that easy for us. Thank you to the whole team for continuously keeping everyone in the loop and to the IT team for responding quickly to our technical issues. Great job, everyone!

IPPDS Superheros!

Congrats to the T5 team on the delivery of the IPPDS dashboard demo! It was a sprint worthy of the Flash to get to the demo on August 29.

Appreciation to Drea, Cynthia, and Alexa for becoming experts in some complex DoD datasets and helping me onboard to the work and the data—patiently answering all my questions and responding to requests with good humor and a collective “can do” spirit.

Special thanks to Alexa for stepping into the project specialist role and supporting the team (and me) with clear documentation and organization.

Shout-out to Martha and her amazing Tech Solutions team for taking on a task that required immediate commitment and expertise and delivering strong results to the client.

The CIPP Cohort team has been on a non-stop content development train since the beginning of this calendar year. Content development for the next month's sessions started before we finalized the prior month's content!
