Secondly, on april 20, 2022, there was a problem with machine number 10. At 1 p.m. the machine suddenly stopped working. After the problem was reported, the worker called the technical staff to fix it. The machine started to be under maintenance condition at 2.15 p.m. and it worked again at 4.15p.m. Therefore, the total downtime of the machine was 2 hours. The technical staff said that the breakdown was caused by being overloaded after a long month of working. As planned ,  we had to finish 500 items yesterday but in the fact that , only 350 items were completed. This could be the result of many defective machines. So today we must have 900 finished pieces to catch up with the flow of order.  I think one solution to this problem could be calling technical staff right away. The total number of defective machines is 15. Our employees can fix it all. It would be an effective way of dealing with this problem right now.and furthermore, I think we should take long-term measures to solve  this problem such as training the new operators how to use the new machines and providing regular maintenance for the machines on the sewing floor.

The machine started to be maintenance at 8.30 a.m. and it worked again at 10 a.m. Therefore, the total downtime of the machine was 1.30 hours. The technical staff said that the breakdown was caused by irregularly working motor. There should be regular maintenance by oiling the machine twice a week.
