A well-planned vegetarian diet can meet nutritional needs during all stages of life. Some nutrients, such as protein, iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin B12 and vitamin D can be harder to obtain from some types of vegetarian diets.<br><br><br>20 major amino acids. Individuals with a low-carb diet may&nbsp;not have enough glucose for the brain to function fully, and cause issues with the brain and also may result in the production of ketone (which can be harmful for the body).</div>]]></description>
