Personally, I would like to be known for being kind, thoughtful and trustworthy.  Professionally, a teacher that cares.

Problems / Challenges that I am good at solving are breaking down the situation into the first step. I think I learned it in the Army to make quick decisions and go for it.

I am passionate about people. My family and my school "kids" are what I spend most of my time thinking about. Outside of that you will always find me at a lake. I really care about water.

Authority is just leadership in disguise.
