  • Entzündungswerte: CRP

  • Kl. Blutbild: Leukozyten, Leberwerte: AST,ALT, y-GT, Nierenwerte: Kreatinin, eGFR

  • Vitamin C


4) Abschlussvisite nach 6 Montaten

-Fragebögen

-Laborkontrolle wie bei Visite 1 nach nach 3. Monaten


-Auswertung der Daten

-Vergleich beider Gruppen

Prüfung der Hypothese :

"Hält ein Apfel am Tag tatsächlich den Doktor fern?"
