Question 1
They remain poor because the country they are in has a very low level of education and health which results in less labour because the population is unable to work due to low living standards. The country is too poor to be able to generate enough money to be able to become rich enough to take care of the population so their idea was to increase the population but that did not help as all it did was over populate the country and have more people asking for money. They continue to be poor because they are not earning enough money to start saving their money, which impacts the infrastructure as there are low levels of investment into the infrastructure sue to low levels of income and savings. This leads to low rats of productivity growth resulting in low rates of economic growth which then restarts the cycle beginning with low levels of income. Due to this happening there is a depletion of resources and limited environmental resources that can be used.
Question 2
The countries these people live in are offering barely any education to the population which forces young people into the work force early but because they are uneducated and young they earn a lot less and are unable to work efficiently enough to help their country grow economically. The people that live in the countries remain poor because of the same principle. They don't have much income which means they cannot save as much money to invest into infrastructure moving towards low rates productivity growth then low rates in economy growth finalizing in low income resulting in the population to remain poor. These countries have a major problem as it will be very hard for them to get out of this state of poverty with no large source of income and a over crowded country full of people who are not working or studying at school.

1. Poor countries are poor because they possibly have less access to certain goods and services as well as possibly having the weaker quality of the goods and services actually available to them. It can be very difficult for these countries to leave these situation/s as it is quite possible the levels of labour are low and the levels of poor health are high. Low labour could be the result of the poorness of a country as it ultimately allocates majority of a countries goods and services available.

2. People remain to be poor for a multitude of reasons, including that the country that they live in offer little to no experience/education for work, meaning that little to no people have to be at a certain experience stage to receive a job in a certain industry.
Usually, this factor is affected by the fact that the government of this country tends to have a very poor education system, and along with this tends to be a government who see past the fact that this education system is failing the millennial's of their country and that this is a cause of slow economic development.
Another reason of this could also be that the government invest extremely low amounts of $ into developing their country further, meaning that they do not have the requirements needed for the potential growth.
Another factor which may be overlooked by a country is the fact that they do not have the assets to import and export with other countries and as a result of this their development is affected. These countries being unable to trade with countries decreases their access to goods and services since they are unable to receive new things, resulting in the country relying on the same goods and services for a fair amount of time.

1) countries continue to be poor because they have limited money from the population taxes , which would spend on the health and infrastructure within the country which would increase their living standards, another reason is limited resources to allocate too their expanding population. for example education in developing countries do not offer free schooling because they cannot afford it, this causes children not wanting or able to go get an education because their parents cant afford it or the child wants to help his family with their income status by going to find a low trained job. this cause of non free schooling creates many children to work full time and their lack of education causes the whole country to have less skilled workers in the production process witch the developing country needs to increase their economic development as a nation.

Word count: 302

Question 1:

Countries continue to be poor because they lack in the education field of labour. Meaning that children can’t attend school as it is too expensive and they turn to work instead, which forces them into the less skilled workers category. Poor countries also have high birth rate, increasing the population and increasing pressure on resources and limiting space. Combining less skilled workers and overpopulation contributes to relatively low rates of labour productivity. Moving on land is affected because people will try to make wages by exporting crops however land in scarce already so there will be not enough space to physically produce the crops and this will reduce resources for locals as majority is being exported and will increase environmental damage. It will also increase higher levels of hunger and income equality in the country. Lastly countries lack in government infrastructure. Meaning it’s harder for businesses to operate in a productive manner and that will increase the likelihood of low taxation income, overall affecting the total amount of government infrastructure produced.

Question 2:

People remain poor because they are in a poor society and fall into the poverty trap. The poverty trap consists of a low income which indefinitely affects savings, causing them to be at a low standard, therefore there will be low levels of investment in infrastructure within the community which will then affect the amount of productivity growth, will influence low rates. Then lastly will affect economic growth, persuading it to be at low rates. The cycle then repeats back to low income and progressively continues, going in a cycle. Individuals struggle to fall out of the habit due to their upbringing in the poor community.

With all reasons in order, this is why countries inevitability fall into poverty and individuals that subside in those communities of poor countries remain poor.

question 1: countries remain to be poor as they have limited productive resources and there are pressure on those resources. in these countries labour has pressure on it as there are low levels of education, poor health and high birth rates. there is pressure on capital as a small amount of people are saving, capital and infrastructure are limited. as land resource is depleting through history and environmental degration it is making it hard for poor countries to produce a high amount of output as the resources are not efficient as they once were. Countries that are poor simply cannot produce enough goods and services to satisfy the basic needs and wants of their population as there is a lack of productive capacity. as the countries are poor they cannot generate enough income to import from other countries to satisfy these needs and wants. Another reason countries remain poor is overpopulation as there are usually high birth rates in developing countries and their populations grow rapidly. As population is increasing and the country has fewer resources, there are not enough resources to support them.

question 2:
people remain poor in these countries because of the poverty cycle/poverty trap.

1. Why are countries still poor?
Countries continue to be poor as they have limited productive resources and there is a pressure on resources. In labour, there are low levels of education, poor health and high birth rates. High birth rates causes over population and with this over population not many are gaining the education they need for their job. This causes less skilled workers and therefore the quality of goods to not be as high. In capital, there are restricted savings, limited access to capital and limited infrastructure. Many people only earn enough to satisfy their basic needs. Due to this low income, people have a lack of savings and this does not allow them to invest. Also due to low incomes, taxation income is not as high therefore governments cannot spend as much money on infrastructure and welfare.

In land, there is a depletion of resources through history and environmental degradation. Due to resources being depleted, there are not enough goods and services to meet the demands of consumers causing an increase in level of hunger and income inequality. These resources limitation lead to a limited capacity for production.

2. Why do people remain poor?
People who live in developing countries do not earn high incomes due to their lack of skill from not obtaining an education. Due to resources being depleted, this leads to an increase in the price of goods and services causing consumers having to spend more for the same quality of goods and services. This leads to consumers not being able to save money. Due to the never ending poverty cycle of people not being able to save or spend, they have a low chance of getting out of the poverty cycle. Therefore, people remain poor.

1) Poor countries continue to advance economically due to the large informal sector and poor government infrastructure. This makes it difficult for businesses to operate productively to generate goods and services that help boost the countries economy. As a result, developing countries will remain limited in their capacity because these two factors influence each other. Developing countries also suffer from the trap of poverty as people within the country predominantly have low income due to their lack of higher education which decreases the amount of savings they have as they spend more on their basic needs. The government is therefore restricted in their ability to tax, decreasing the governments income. They are less likely to invest in infrastructure and aspects that deliver growth in the economy. Infrastructure is needed to exchange and create goods and services across countries and domestically. This in turn lowers their economic growth within the country, which is why the developing country will remain in poverty.

2) Education in developing countries tend to not be free, As a result, children whose families are unable to provide income to support their education are unable to attend school and are forced into the workforce full time. Due to their lack of education, their are less skilled workers in the labour force meaning that fewer individuals are likely to pursue jobs in areas that require a higher level of education such as science and technology. This further reduces the level of productive capacity. Developing countries generally have higher birth rates which causes a rapid growth in population. Due to this, overpopulation limits space and productive resources.

1. Why are countries still poor ?
Most countries are either developing or under developed and therefore have slow economic growth. There are many reasons that result to why many countries are still poor and one of these reasons is low level of income. Low level of income can result from a number of reasons. For example if there are not enough jobs in an economy not many people are earning an income, therefore there is low consumer confidence and if consumers are not purchasing goods and services it means that business will not be able to grow or expand hence there is not a lot of money circulating in the economy. Low level of income means that people most likely are living in slums or homeless shelters and in poverty which is also means that the standard of living is low. Material Living standards is measured by real GDP per capita and is that living standards that are measured by the access to goods and services. as a result of low income it means that material living standards will probably be low because there is only an adequate amount of income to satisfy for the needs not the wants. Mostly also the non material living standards would be low also. Non- material living standards are the aspects of a persons quality of life that cannot be measured by monetary factors. As a result of low income the non material living standards will increase. If the majority of a countries population is suffering from low income this could be a factor revolving or resulting to why there are still a large amount of poor countries around the world.
2. Why do the people of these poor countries chose to remain in poverty?
We At times we wonder why people who live in poverty, don't do much about it or try and change their life style. However we have come to the conclusion that people who live in poverty have remained to live in these poor living environments because they are so use to what they have and how they live. Although we thing that it would be good to have a good and better living standard, the amount of generations that have lived and adapted to these poor lifestyles have made it easier for people to

Poor countries also tend to have pressure on labour as their are low levels of education, plenty of poor health and a low amount of birth rates. There is also a large amount of pressure on Capital as a low proportion of people are saving where capital and infrastructure are limited.

1. countries continue to remain poor as their resources are limited, causing the production of goods and services to remain at a low rate. This then causes the rate of infrastructure to remain at a low rate. The consequence of insufficient infrastructure is not enough jobs and not enough facilities such as hospitals, schools and markets. Without schools, children will not be able to have an education causing them to work full time from a young age to earn money for their family. Without hospitals in the economy, the rate of diseases and illnesses increase and because their is not enough people who are qualified for the job due to the poor education system. Also, if the economy does not have enough markets or resources to meet the demand in the market, possibly causing the prices of goods and services to increase. The population not being able to purchase these goods and services causes them to have a low standard of living, leaving them in extreme poverty.

1. Countries stay poor due to the low savings which leads to low levels of infrastructure

which leads to low rates of productivity growth

which leads to low rate of economic growth

which leads to low income which goes back to the low savings. also due to the lack of schooling the country cannot supply this leads to having less people getting high experience jobs it also tends to show that a lot of people will need to end up with low paying and less experienced jobs which this overall ends up with less taxation to the country and means that there is not enough money to be invested to improve the country economic state
2. The reason why people continue to live in these poor countries is because they do not have enough finances to move to a better one with better infrastructure and a better economy due to when they were growing up they had a lack of schooling because at the time the country couldn't financially support the education department. This is why countries stay in poverty and it is very hard for them to get out of poverty cycle. Because of this low economy and the poverty trap it is hard to maintain a good economy or increase and improve a current economy.

twitch.tv/adamatomtv

Q1)-They continue to be poor because they are not earning enough money to start saving their money, which impacts the infrastructure as there are low levels of investment into the economy and government through things like taxes. This forces the infrastructure in that economy to stay the exact same or slowly develop because there is little money going into it.

Q2)-The people who live these poor countries also remain poor because it relates to the poverty cycle. If someones parents or caregivers are 'poor' it then leads to the children also becoming poor. It also relates to the fact that they have a low income which they spend on needs and with very little to save up and then spend on goods/services that they do not need. This also relates to the not being able to afford high levels of education that will help them also get high paying job that will remove them from poverty.

01. Countries can continue to remain poor as their is a limited amount of productive resources. Poor countries also tend to have pressure on labour as their are low levels of education, plenty of poor health and a low amount of birth rates. There is also a large amount of pressure on Capital as a low proportion of people are saving where capital and infrastructure are limited.
