         <description><![CDATA[<p>Throughout the organization there are several types of managers that play a key role in different areas. Top managers include the CEO and COO which are responsible for setting objectives and establishing goals for the company overall. Middle managers such as departments heads, chief supervisor and directors oversee first line managers while allocating resources and reporting directly to top management. First-Line managers are entry level and are the first to see problems arise with operations of the business. All these positions are intricate to helping accomplish the goals of the organization. </p>]]></description>
