The role focuses on applying engineering and scientific principles to develop climate-resilient systems for soil, water, and land resources. The professional will engage in research-based project development, ensuring that all designs and management practices support environmental sustainability, climate adaptation, and efficient agricultural production. Collaboration with research institutions, local organizations, and field practitioners is an integral part of the role.
