1.	Typeface is the name of the design in full either styles of family of styles, for example Arial Regular, Arial Bold while fonts refer to the format or storage mechanism, example “arial.ttf”
2.	The four factors affecting the readability of text is size, style, leading, background and foreground color.
3.	There are two classes of fonts which is serif and san serif. Serif is the little decoration that can be seen at the ed of a letter stroke and is used for body text, examples are Times New Roman and Bookman. For San Serif, the fonts do not have serif or in other words, decoration at the end of a letter stroke and these fonts are used for headlines and bold statements. Examples are Century Gothic and Arial.
4.	Three examples of font editors are Font Creator, FontForge, and Typelight.
5.	Leading is spacing above or below a font or line spacing. Kerning is space between a pair of characters, usually as an overlap for improvement in appearance. Jaggies are the jagged edges that we can see when a bitmapped image is being resized and is a consequence of the underlying array of pixels from which the image is composed.
6.	First is for menu navigation where user navigates through contents using a menu and a simple menu consists of text list of topics. Next is for the usage of interactive buttons where the button is clickable object that executes a command when activated. Users are able to create their own buttons from bitmaps and graphics, and the design and labelling of the buttons should be treated as an industrial art project. Text elements in multimedia presentation can also be used for fields of reading since a document can printed in one of two orientations either portrait where it is taller than wide orientation mostly used for printing documents or landscape where it is wider than tall orientation that is normal to monitors. Lastly is the use for symbols and icons. Symbols are concentrated text in the form of stand-alone graphic constructs which are used to convey meaningful messages and human emotions which are called emoticons. Icons on the other hand is used as symbolic representation of objects and processes.
