I do believe it's accurate when comparing a family structure to this ideal form of government where the system cares for its citizens until they're capable of caring for themselves or consentfully stays for a stronger unit. I believe Rousseau does not agree to "equality", he mostly thinks that If a person was born as a slave then they were meant to be like that.
