Volunteering builds good relationship between school and family. This relationship allows parent willing to work with school, and they can know more about the centre and children.

Parents can also show children about their job function and rules by telling funny stories. Parents can teach children dance, music, math or anything they are good at.

We could do a multicultural potluck during class time. Parents would come and talk about their culture and share a dish that is popular or important within that particular way of life. Parents can also introduce food ingredients.

We could also do this one family one week at a time where the parents would talk about stories like where their ancestors are from. They could share music, photos of how they dress, or foods that they eat.
