As a member of Generation Z, I'm quite interested in the advancements in technology that humanity makes. comparable to how social media and trends evolve in our daily life. These mediums are engaging and pleasurable, which is why I like them. It is now an essential component of my lifestyle. My lifestyle is influenced by my personal media interests, which in turn influence my emotions and actions. I've made it a practice to do these activities whenever I have free time. It also makes me less bored. Sometimes I recognize that my habits are unhealthy and that I need to modify them. But to be honest, I don't know how to stop these negative habits of mine. My goal in taking this course is to learn how to use media more responsibly.
