I am not sure it is needed to highlight how many of new hires are BIPOC? We will see the diversity in our work and meeting spaces. It feels perhaps theyre hired to fulfill a quota (when I know it is based on hard work and merit). Something to be mindful of- especially when presenitng to a diverse group. With positive intention- a BIPOC <3

What are organizational findings regarding feedback? I love seeing our potential for growth, but I am not seeing much in making sure folks plates arent overflowing- and that pay reflects the many hats folks are wearing to ensure we can support our partners and growth. Our days are filled with meetings as is. Some of us working nights and weekends still.

This cycle looks comprehensive. What will the info-gathering phase look like? Who? How? What? And where along the development process are there checks that what was determined as the need is actually what the developed project will meet?

I am excited about the idea of measuring Educator Agency and hope that we focus on creating an action tool that we can push out to partners that will collect the data, provide reports and benchmarks that will lead to important next steps.

Educators are still in whirlwind and our data demonstrates they trust and appreciate the Professional Learning but are we collecting data around if they feel supported in the Regions with the day to day? How can we collect information to help us avoid discontinuance?

Thank you for sharing! I would love us organizatonally to make a committment for teams and regions to begin our monthly huddles and calls with Tiny Pulse feedbacks and findings- especially when there are themes. I do not contribute to TP, as I dont see how it impacts departments and teams-as team leadership dont show how feedback shows up in reflection, change and progress.

Less is more, clear is kind.

As a region, we are trying to understand the changes in front of us right now. I wish there had been more consideration of the timing and amount of information to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the amount of further changes coming. I also wonder if this information would be better received if it were interactive.

When I look at the graphic Possibility= ability to believe + ability to make it happen, we list tools. I wonder about the focus on the actually tools that make schoolwide actionable. When we look at the top 20% of site leaders who have belief in not buy-in they are creating tools to measure effectiveness at their sites, advisory curriculum etc. We have a good portion of our site leaders who need support in the how. What is our time line for creating tools to make data collection easier, walk-through tools, advisory curriculum etc?
