During my summer, I played a lot of baseball with my summer team and went to St Cloud for VFW state. I did a lot of golfing with my friends and family at hidden haven, victory links, and other courses. I saw the new Deadpool vs Wolverine movie with one of my friends, and i really enjoyed it. I went to the gym pretty often after baseball was done, sometimes with my friends and sometimes by myself. I went to my cabin pretty often as well and had lots of fish fry’s.

My name is Chace Workman and I live in Spring Lake Park, very close high school. I have a mom and dad, as well as a younger brother and a dog. My aunt and uncle live in Colorado, sometimes we go see them and my younger cousins. I have traveled to Florida for spring break and last spring break was my first time out of the country when I went to the Dominican Republic. My parents are both from pretty rural/farm areas of Minnesota.

Something going well

So far in my life I’m working on becoming a better baseball player, but specifically pitching. I’ve been throwing every day the past weeks, as well as trying to consistently go to the gym a few times a week. I also have been able to spend more time with my friends at the gym and just doing things. Just overall with my life I’ve had a pretty good amount of time to do things like go to my cabin and spend time with friends. Hopefully I’ll be able to maintain this throughout the school year.

Strengths and weaknesses

One of my strengths is my ability to work with most people, I generally talk to people pretty well. I can public speak if needed that isn’t a fear of mine or anything and I am generally pretty knowledgeable about things. A weakness I have is sometimes I can slack off and get lazy occasionally. I also can be quick to judge or get frustrated easily at someone if they don’t do their work or aren’t being helpful. Overall I do well by myself or during group work, I’d probably prefer group if it’s with People who are helpful but if they aren’t I’d rather work by myself.
