         <title>1. Take a screen shot</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tip the PrtScn button on top right of your keyboard.<br><br>2. Go to the file where you want the screenshot to be pasted into.<br><br>3. Right click with your mouse and take paste option.&nbsp;<br>See the pasted image of this screen to left .....<br><br>4. When you have pasted your screen shot, you won't be able to move it around the page until you right click on the shot and select WORDWRAP - square. Now you can move it.<br>5. Some screenshots might seem to be too big (or too small) for your liking.<br><br>6. Use the crop and expand facilities to resize.  If you want the shot to be a specific size, you can do this easily. On the right click, you will see a range of options. Slightly separate from the full drop down, you will see sizes. Enter your desired height and width (ensuring your screen shot is active (Not greyed out) and you are done!</div>]]></description>
