    1.1 Advantages:
    - time-saving
    - easy to score
    - unbiased
    - applicable on a large scale/ a large number of participants
    - easy to conduct (both online & in person)
    1.2 Disadvantages:
    - cannot assess students' depth of knowledge
    - not easy to categorise students
    - cannot be applicable when accessing productive skills (writing & speaking)
