This building was a Bank Of New Zealand in its past life and stands on the corner of Bridge St and Broadway in Reefton. Apparently it was closed as an earthquake risk following the Christchurch earthquakes in February 2011.

from Paul Thomas -- The light grey / blue building is the former BNZ building. The BNZ pulled out for perceived earthquake risks associated with the building approx 3 years ago. Originally it was a single storied building approx 1874 and the BNZ added an upper story and I'll need to check on a date when that happened. To the right of the building was a smelting house for gold.
the opning ours are
Day	Opening time Closing time	Break
Mon.	09:00	-	16:30	12:30-13:30
Tue.	09:00	-	16:30	12:30-13:30
Wed.	09:00	-	16:30	12:30-13:30
Thu.	09:00	-	16:30	12:30-13:30
Fri.	09:00	-	16:30	12:30-13:30
Sat.
