1) Remove WA1 and focus on values education and Joy of Learning in Term 1.

2) Allow WAs to be carried out on any day within a period of time.

3 )Start compulsory CCA in P3 and modular enrichment programmes in P1

Students and parents are still very academically driven and it will take time for mindset to shift.
