In terms of my personality character, I am not good at this field, that's why I decided to jump into the community by following volunteer communities such as community service, mutual aid, doing activities with the local community and others. With that, I can delve deeper into this field. There are many challenges that I have to overcome at the beginning of this work especially in fighting my lazy and spoiled nature in doing this charity work. As a challenge that I have to face, I have to change my way of thinking in a more positive direction. I adhere to these 3 Arabic proverbs that say: 1. "Whoever works hard will succeed". 2. "Whoever is patient will be lucky". 3. "Whoever walks his path will reach his goal". With that I have to believe that God is always with those who strive, are patient and those who walk on the right path.


As time goes by I can feel that there are many difficulties that I have to face in carrying out this job, it happens because of my lack of finding the cause of the problem so that I have to do this job repeatedly and often get rejected, because of this I can learn new things and I Hope I don't repeat the same mistake. To carry out work effectively and efficiently, I need to prioritize work goals, manage time well, expand communication, carry out work routinely without delaying any work, change the way of thinking in a positive direction, ignore any distractions, and manage stress well. By doing work effectively and efficiently I can ease the work of myself and my colleagues.


Having been involved in these jobs voluntarily I can see many smiles that I can remember and it can put my heart at ease. These memories are very precious to me even though I am not remembered I am sure that the people I helped can live a better life. If I am given another chance to engage in this job, I hope to be able to do it better and benefit the people, especially the local community so that we can live happily together and develop the country without poverty and problems involving the local people. After all these things were done I was able to learn that no effort will be wasted, no patience will be harmed and there is nothing wrong if walking on the right path.
