Materials:
a mix of words connected to mindful practice and words not related, descriptions of mindful (and non-mindful) behaviors - use materials from your previous sessions (use words from a word cloud created by the students, pictures from books you introduced in the classroom).
1. Invite your students to participate in a "mindfulness" scavenger hunt.
They will be working with a partner - ask students to collect two words/stories/pictures/etc. around the classroom that describe a mindful behavior, an attitude, a story, etc. and two that are not connected. Give the students time to discuss with a partner what did they find, and explain their thinking.
2. Create a "mindful cloud" - mindful words and actions displayed together.
