I also learnt resilience. Even though the spaghetti kept snapping, I continued to try to make the tower.

I have also learnt communication is key in the 1st SIT test as you are blindfolded and only 1 person can talk, which makes it very hard. If communication is unclear, it would be quite hard to know what is going to happen and we will be unable to complete the task.

I have also learnt that a strong base is important in the 2nd SIT test as without a string base, it will be hard for the structure to be balanced and it might topple.

I also think that we could plan first before executing our ideas because it was a bit messy.

I also learnt that everyone suggestions must be heard as they can also help

From the first SIT test, I realized the critical role of communication, especially when we needed to synchronize everyone’s movements accurately. Additionally, I learned the value of teamwork, as the task required collective effort. No one could accomplish it alone; each person had to contribute, even if it was just lifting a foot.

I learnt that every little action contributes to a greater result

I learnt how to communicate better and how to find ideas to solve problems even when communication is difficult

I have also learnt the importance of patience, taking it slow, and not rushing our plans, giving time for understanding and clarification as well as to ask questions

I should have tried to be more of a bridge between the l2s and l3s, as as a senior, I should try to facilitate learning more
