         <description><![CDATA[<div>We should capitalise on global events that change social landscape such as covid&nbsp;<br><br>More of: we could have more of time to unlearn, re-learn and reflect on new pedagogies. Less of "just-in-time" info so that we can plan ahead and its less disruptive. And more welfare such as snacks in pantry to fuel our minds. And more recognition for small victories, and looking at mistakes as "learning opportunitirs" so that people are encouraged to innovate<br><br>Less of: We can have less of administrative work that takes away from preparation and reflection.</div>]]></description>
