I want to recognize the recent work completed by the AV team, supported by the Network Admin team, for their recent work in Petersen (Oct 2023)

Project Desc: Petersen has long struggled to deliver a satisfying audio and visual experience for remote and in person attendees of meetings held in Petersen.

A scrappy solution emerged this summer to repurpose technology that was removed from a classroom. Scheduling challenges and a demanding events schedule put delays on implementation. In the final hours before the Board meetings last week, our two teams came together to make the last updates. Performance of the tech in the room is very much improved, so much so that no one noticed they couldn't hear. LOL- isn't that the way it goes with our work sometimes.
