OER is a good recourse for teachers to get ideas on lesson plans. I like the way the lesson plans are detailed step by step. I also think it is great that educators can add an OER to share their knowledge with everyone. UDL can help my future career as an educator because I can take all these principals and example and be able to help students. Experience has taught me that students are at different level and learn differently and one form of teaching isn’t going to get through to certain students. OER would help me in my future career as a teacher because it is a website where they have a lot of OER’s to learn from. I can search and get ideas to teach in my classroom or add certain things to my lesson plan.
