last week i came into college to enrol and made some new friends, i discussed alot of important information meeting new staff and meeting new people. I enrolled at colllge, developing my communication skills having to be confident with doing all sorts, explaining why i wanted to study travel. I did very well on being confident, talking and coming out of my comfort zone. i could improve my motivation however that will change. i have a part time job as well as college improving my communication skills hugely.

In induction, I communicated with others, making new friends. We did a lot of teamwork building up teambuilding as well as my confidence with the challenges. This improved my team work skills with challenging each other as well as against each other with strangers.

the task we did was a lot of teamwork, blowing up balloons and trying to make a chair what we could sit on was challenging. However it did develop our communication skills, talking to each other of how we’re going to construct this chair as well as who’s going to sit on it and where. It went very well constructing it and communicating to each other instead of stressing, however we could’ve improved how we sat on it as it did pop. Overall, it did improve or communication skills as well as making a lot of more friends, making us a team.

I have been reliable with my assignments, making sure they are on time as well as have enough information in them. I make sure I don't go over my dead lines as well as make sure they are professional. I do all my homework to the expected as well as to the fullest, making sure it doesn't get questioned. I am very reliable as I am very good at communicating with others. This meaning if someone needs information or help I can help with communicating to them. This makes me reliable as they can always rely on me when they are confused or need help. I also respect peoples time and well-being therefore that makes people rely on me when they are feeling down or need tot talk. I can improve this action with helping more people when confused.
