If you're used to win, you won't learn anything new and consequently you won't improve. If you sometimes lose or fail, you will learn from that and you could try to fix that mistakes, and improve your beahaviour.

Just do it

When there's something you can't reach, or you ain't enough courage to do, just do it, you don't have anything to lose. If you never try it, you will have to live with the doubt of "what could be happened if I...". But if you do it, you can succeed, and if not, you will be again at the starting line.
