The artist I looked at was Peter kennard because his work was highly influential for me especially because I was doing work based on climate change. I experimented with many different methods including performance art, drawing on computer, photoshop and adobe illustrator. I had a few problems with tech that I overcome and some idea issues that stunted my ability to do my work. One of the things I will take into my future work is my skills with photoshop and, I will keep taking photos because it is a newly found hobby that I enjoy. I had many outcomes with my final piece, and some did not work because the message i wanted to send did not come through. I fixed it by being more specific with my wording, so it is understandable and makes sense but still has an effect and looks good.

My outcome is successful in my opinion because the message is portrayed very well and in a straightforward way. It links to my research because of how revolution can mean a dispute and pollution causes disputes between the government and the public. Next time I could do more artist research to gain more ideas for my final piece I could also plan my time more accurately to ensure i get everything done in time.

I worked well independently, and I was able to figure out what I needed to do and what ideas i could make a reality. I didn't plan my project amazingly although I did like my end result because it had everything It needed in it. I could have planned my time better instead of cramming in work at certain times although the pressure of getting work done in time made me excel and go behind what i thought i could achieve. I do feel as if i identified a specialist area which is illustration because of how my work looks, that meaning it has the look of an artistic piece of work that i would see in an obscure place it caches eyes and sends messages which shows that it is a good illustration. I would like to experiment with animation although I couldn't on this project due to lack of time I feel as if I had ideas in my head that i could of made with the right amount of time.

I chose to use photoshop and adobe illustrator but mostly adobe illustrator on the mac books at collage that’s specified because I do not have access to apps like photoshop and adobe illustrator at home making my work less detailed than it could have been. The techniques I used where from what I learnt while doing the work making what I have achieved much more impressive in my opinion. My main goal was to achieve something that was impressive for a basic beginner, and I think I have achieved that because with some of my work I went beyond what I thought I could do.

My research developed my work in a satisfying way what I mean by that is that it was like dominos the way every idea just fell into place in my head once I found the right information, that doesn’t mean it was all amazing and looked perfect, but it does mean my ideas developed naturally and then into greatness.

The problems that I faced along the way didn’t come without struggle, it was hard to work my way around some of the mistakes I made, sometimes with complete confidence. I solved them by working my way backwards and testing out di6erent techniques I could achieve to get the wanted result that I was searching for, I was successful most of the time other times some work had to be scrapped and changed completely but it wasn’t a big deal to me the work was still made and I was not slacking so I’m confident in my ability to change a whole idea just from a mistake.

There were a few things that impacted my progress when doing my project one thing I can name is when doing my final piece, the folds of the paper where wonky and no matter how much I concentrated or spent time on making the folds perfect it always came out wonky which slowed my progress by a lot and by the end too which was even worse.

There was a lot of changes I made for my final outcome and they di6er from my original parts by being much better and improved by a lot, an example is my transition page it was terrible and the colours were fading into each other and the overall idea was not very good at all it was too complex so I took the idea and changed it for something small but eye catching and I love it much more now I changed it there was other pages in my final piece too that I changed completely and it was to make them to a better standard of what I wanted.

The way my final conclusion relates to the theme, within a relationship the people are interconnected through emotions and they are connected in real life by their senses for example touch, sight, hearing, smell, taste all of these things connected people in a relationship and its obvious why it’s so important for every relationship to connect people and that’s because without that connection in a relationship it becomes dry and boring which is not how a healthy relationship is and the reason for that is the definition of connection.

I think the most e6ective part of my project is the experiments I did with me and my brother because my brother isn’t just my brother, he is my fried too which makes him even more connected to me than if he was just my brother.

The things that I have learnt is that there are many people you can have a relationship with it doesn’t always mean its romantic and I know that whenever I used to think of relationships I used to think of couples and lovers, but I didn’t know that it can literally be family and friends.

The areas I would improve is when I am making my layout, I should make sure the measurements are all correct.
