I think that workshops are more effective in my experience. Participating in a practical session can improve the teacher's skills and competencies, can develop collaborative skills and can promote active participation. Job shadowing and staff courses abroad are,without doubt, excellent opportunities to learn and share new teaching strategies, but often, these mobilities don't have the expected impact on our school communities, just because there's no effective monitoring and feedback on the teaching and learning process as a whole. Thus, it would be urgent to promote and support follow -up activities to help teachers, after these important mobilities, to think themselves part of a networking school, that is constantly doing its best to promote students and their future lives.

I'm dedicating myself to writing Erasmus projects, it's an activity that I really enjoy but which also takes up a lot of my time. However, this does not prevent me from continuing with eTwinning projects (I have already become the co-founder of a new project) because I think it is a fundamental means to update myself and enter into relationships with many colleagues and their way of teaching. In my own small way, I always try to integrate the use of ICT into teaching practice in the classroom and I become an ambassador for this practice even with colleagues who are less experienced but who are willing to learn. We are education professionals and we can never stop.
