  • check the network cable 
  • check to see if the jack is alive are the LED lights  lit up 
  • if the LED lights are not lit up it means your computer is not connected to the network, pull out the cable and try to reconnect it 
  • if that fails try another network jack
  • if all of that fails try restoring your connection and contact your technology coordinator

  • check to see if you are login to your network
  • check the network cable
  • if neither of those problems are resolved than ask your technology coordinator for help
