         <description><![CDATA[<div>Occurred in the Gulf of Mexico since the starting of farming in the US and high amounts of phosphorus and nitrates have been leaking into the gulf. As a result algae blooms occur larger and remove oxygen in the water due to their deaths which reduces the amount of oxygen in the water harming fishing and fish.</div>]]></description>
