         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Staffing levels<br>- Additional services require additional people<br>- Specialities, how do we keep up, train, make sure resource is available at all times?<br>- What happens to the current work we do? Resources are already tight.<br>- Working environment<br>- More red tape? Fewer first fixes<br>- Staff support, what happens with this? (example: current Park queue is 47 jobs, and&nbsp;100% of these are Staff, not student queries)<br>- Would like to see other working examples of hubs/departments and discuss what would work for us, as at the moment the process feels a little "woolly"</div>]]></description>
