Despite her shy personality, she know how to communicate well with other and make others comfortable being with her. If I can point out her communication skill it is, she knows how to pop out the questions and blend the communication with her several ideas. With that, i though she has great social skills with people.
As a friend, Zara has an independent way instead of waiting others to make an action. She would volunteers herself or bravely pave the ways for others and herself. So, I would like to praise her for the courage and instincts. It was definitely the credit of her attitude and great personality.
