         <description><![CDATA[<p>Located on the West Coast of Australia, Perth faces declining water availability. Unlike Melbourne and Sydney - which have temperate and sub-tropical climates - Perth receives very small amounts of rainfall. On average, Perth gets 720.3 mm of annual rainfall, while Brisbane gets 1149.1 mm of average rainfall yearly. In 2025, Perth faces water scarcity, with low rainfall and a dry climate.</p><p><br></p><p>Fortunately, scientists and researches have developed a sustainable and reliable way to produce clean, potable water.</p>]]></description>
