A lot went well this semester. I've learned a lot of things in this class and grow academically, thanks to the help and generosity of Mr. Eka.

The challenges I faced this semester is pretty minimum. The main challenge is fightingmy laziness to start the assignment but that's about it.

If I had to write another essay for compo 1, I'd probably expect more revisions and consultation.

Suggestion: open Mr. Eka Compo 2 class

The class and learning process overall went well. I can learn many new things especially in how to write an essay in the university level.

The challenges that I experience is on looking at the details in writing an essay regarding structures grammars, etc.

I will anticipate writing it out without the outline that must be written before.

I am very grateful to be assigned to Sir Eka's Composition I class. His patience in teaching us the material that is needed, we can follow the class easily and without excessive pressure.

I have encountered challenges in writing the essay. Writing essays can not be completed in an instant, but it is a process. MLA styled citations are quite challenging, especially my high school's main language was Indonesian.

I would take my time writing my essay, I would also make more time for consult with the lecturer to learn together by the essay writing process.

So far i struggle with making good written sentences, structiring my ideas and arguments as well as making good arguments for the text i written down

The pace and cohesiveness of the class went well where we get to learn our mistakes and fix them carefully.

The challenges were the amount of tasks and homework we had to teach us proper time-management and a learning process.

If I have another opportunity to write an essay in Composition I, I will anticipate a better outline and structure for my essays, including more consultations with Mr. Eka.

No bad suggestions, keep on doing what you are doing sir! Oh, but please teach COMPOSITION II!

Despite my absences, I was able to retain a good score, which I thought I couldn't maintain.

I struggle to remember a few often-important things in class, especially the tips I studied in my Higher Level English Literature-A class, as deep down I know they are very important but cannot remember them for the life of me.

I would anticipate having to be more creative and flexible with my choice of a title or essay topic, as I tend to stress originality because I tend to be as objective as possible—an issue especially in regards to creative writing.

Apart from a strong suggestion to teach Composition II class (please), I suggest the adoption of more freer, non-rigid essay writing exercises based on no specific theme but rather a purposely abstract theme, which anyone can write anything about, which may encourage people to write about things they truly find fun as rigid themes may be seen as limiting, forcing people to possibly write things they aren't interested in (thus, a less than optimal essay output). This allows the lecture to assess the extent of one's true essay-writing capabilities but also to allow students to truly express themselves, a rare opportunity for students to do so.

What went well?

I feel like the whole semester went smoothly from the start till the end. I what Sir Eka implemented in the learning process is great, we are able to revise and improve our writing skills greatly. Additionally, we are also able to peer edit with our classmates and go to the library together to increase our understanding.

What are the challenges?

The main challenge for me would be the deadlines and also a new english standard which is the MLA.

If you have another opportunity to write an essay in Composition I, what will you anticipate?

I would try to look at the canvas modules more since it is really helpful at guiding me and also go to consultation more to fix my essays.

Are there any suggestions for me as the instructor of the class?

I do not know if this is possible, but please teach composition 2

I have definitely improved on my writing especially in aspects of finding the right sources and correctly cite them. The process of creating a final draft; from the first draft to the revisions of the writing has made me continuously improve and enjoy every process of writing.

The challenges I faced in this semester is definitely not procrastinating to start writing and complete it in due time. Another challenge is to find the sources to support my writing and read it thoroughly.

I would anticipate revisions and improvement in my structure of my essays.

Learning and improving my skills in writing have gone tremendously; overall, the class was a blast, and I see myself looking forward to your class every week.

The challenges I faced were searching for relevant studies for my writing and presenting them in a way that flowed well and didn't seem out of place. Aside from that, I'm struggling to find new ways to present our ideas, making them more fresh and not just repeating the same words multiple times.

I will anticipate putting more time into writing and not rushing it. I also need to ensure that my outline is well-written before writing a full essay.

It is devastating that we won't see you next semester. We hope to see you again on another course. Thank you, sir, for this semester

Not very much. But despite that I have still learned much thanks to the help, input, and lessons from my peers.

The main challenge I faced was paying attention to the minute details of an essay as well as ensuring everything is perfectly formatted. Aside from that, nothing.

The learning process overall went well. Throughout the semester, I've learned a great deal about the writing process, from crafting effective arguments to using language in creative and impactful ways.

The challenge in this semester is not pretty much. The main challenge challenge is that to have a perfect essay structure.

If I have a chance to write another essay, I would like to improve on the way I write my essay, better to have time to discuss our essay with our lecture.
