It was quite tricky for a number of reasons but I did enjoy doing and I am pretty happy with the result considering it is not something I have a lot of experience doing. 

Something that I struggled with was the pink reflection on the bulb. I shot the bulb on bright pink paper not too dissimilar from the artificial background in photoshop. Because of the brightness of the paper and the flash it caused a reflection on the bulb. So I had to try and experiment with the background colour to make it match that reflection. 

I could possibly have been a bit neater with the selection tools, I tried different selection tools with varying success. I can notice little bits here and there but I feel like I could spent hours and hours on it without it looking an awful lot better. 

I'm happy with the artificial shadow in Photoshop, it is actually not an awful lot different from the way that I shot it. At the same time I like this image, as Im not so happy with how it looks. I think this composition is a bit too busy. If I were to this image again I think I wouldn't used a flowers in the background. I like dark shadows in the background, which let you focus more on flowers.

I create similar composition before, but I didn't like the background, as it was too busy, plus it didn't work well with my objects, so I decided to used the same composition, but used different background, more plain. I used a series of 8s exposure on f/22 to get everything in focus and a iso 100.

I also took a base image on 30s exposure, f/22 and iso 100.

I chose my images in bridge and layer them up. I then added masks to every layer and went through the layers separately to light up / darken the different areas.

I really liked the way this turned out as the single shot has allowed me to create another moody shot. The wooden textures make the image more interesting and dark and then hammer almost merges in with the wood. I printed out some typewritten font pages as I couldn't find any of my own and the typewriter didn't work anymore. I scattered them around the typewriter making sure the flooring was covered with them.

To create this image I used 6D Canon camera with 100mm macro lens, and a tripod. Light source was behind my object, a soft box with a filter on it. By moving polariser filter the background change to black, and my plastic objects get more colours.

To create this picture I set up a tank with water, and proper some object to photograph. I used 6D Cannon camera on a tripod, and an off camera flash on left side. Put small object in the middle to find a focus, and then I drop fruits into the tank of water at the same time, as I take a picture.

In between each exposure I must have knocked the tripod slightly, each image was slightly out of proportion with the other so it wasn't enough to simply combine 2 or 3 exposures and get a perfect shot, each object had to be cut out and placed on the base layer separately. when shooting this image I set up everything then used a very slow shutter. I lit different parts of the image with a torch, then in post I created a couple of layers of each lit part so that it looks like one composited image.
