         <description><![CDATA[<div>I choose the third one because the student will have to eventually make decisions on his own. If he is guided in everything, then he will never learn to make the right choices. However, letting him figure out that his grades are suffering and change on his own is the slowest method, so the change will take more time to happen. The fastest way to go is the first option, but that can be very mean. The quickest option that is not mean is the second one, having him work with a good example to have him change.</div>]]></description>
