         <description><![CDATA[<div>Constitutional Cases: refers to any legal issue that requires the interpretation of the constitution to resolve an issue rather than the interpretation of a statue.<br>Capital Cases: a prosection case for murder in which a jury is asked to decide whether a defendant should be put to death, if found guilty.<br>Bond Validations: is voluntart with the result having a court determine or validate the issuer’s authority to incur bonded debt.<br>Public Utility Cases: private businesses as publicly traded corporations.</div>]]></description>
