Alongside the rich history that Nombre de Dios has to offer, the town is surrounded by natural areas and waterfalls, being the “sabino” an emblematic tree in the region.

Adding to the great attractions and places to visit in this delightful UNESCO World Heritage Site cityscape are numerous small plazas, colonial-era mansions, and churches built using pink or green sandstone, along with many excellent museums and art galleries.
