         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nate Bollas<br><br>my plate showed color because I used different colored m&amp;m's and different kinds of fruit for more color.  I had a variety of textures with the crunchy m&amp;m's and soft fruit. It was at the appropriate temperature after I toasted the waffles. I garnished it with the chocolate syrup.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Abby Barrett<br><br>My plate showed color and appearance because I used a variety of colors. It also showed shape. I used a knife to the waffle into fours and place them to make a cool design with them. Another one mine showed was flavor because I added many sweet. One other thing mine showed was temperature. I made the waffles a warm temperature by putting them in a toaster.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nick Sabin, Jacob Benner<br>Our plate showed the color and appearance component because we used a variety of different contrasting colors.We also used the garnishing component from the chocolate &nbsp; syrup drizzled on the waffles. It also had flavor from the different ingredients we used for the waffle. The height component was also used in our waffle from the whipped cream and the overlapping of the waffles. Finally, it showed the temperature component because the waffles were toasted and the other ingredients cooled it down.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reese Ehinger ,11/12<br>My plate showed a good amount of color if you click on the picture. As a garnishing component I used chocolate syrup. I also had good height because for one of the waffles I cut it in half and leaned it on the other half. It had very good taste from the first bite, the garnishes helped with the taste too.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Christopher Blystone<br>My plate shows contrasting colors by using red, green, and yellow. I varied height by piling the strawberries and laying one waffle partially on top of the other. I had the creamy whipped cream to go with the slightly crunchy waffle. I also had the soft banana. I varied temperature by putting the cold strawberries and banana alongside the warm waffles.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This dish hit at least 4 of the 7 components of plate composition. Height, color, flavor, and garnishing. I achieved height by stacking the waffles on top and in between put cream and bananas and, stacking fruit on top. The color of the red strawberries and bright M&amp;M's with the dark chocolate contrasts well. Garnished with a full strawberry on top.</div>]]></description>
