These all are machines because they make our work easier. These all don't use electricity or battery. For example- soap dispenser- When we press it from the top, it uses the air pressure to dispense the soap out. And like glue stick- There is a small plastic rod inside. And when we rotate the bottom part, the rod pushes the glue out.

Human body is also a machine because our brain tells our other organs what to do and our different body parts like skeletal system, muscles, joints work together like a machine. A robot which works on a battery is inspired by the scientific human body. Human body gets its energy from food and water and the human systems convert them to energy. Just like a robot human body also gets charged but with food and water.

other than pouring water because it will spill I can use water dispenser I just put the glass under the tap and press a button and the water comes without spilling a drop. If I pour it in a glass then it will spill and I would have to mop the floor.
