Intrinsic happiness is easier due to the fact that you don't have to worry about getting rewarded for it, its out of kindness and motivation. Also intrinsic happiness is when you feel you need to do something not cause you know you may get something out of it . For example if you playing card games, you might be playing because you like the game, while other are just playing to win money.
