 Good morning everyone,

Reflection is an important way to improve teacher's work which is the strongest and weakness points in teaching. 

Before I didn't do this reflection because actually I did not know how to do and what is the benefits of it But when I took the training on it by my senior I feel excited and I like to do daily because I think it will help me to improve my teaching. And I like the samples senior give because it show how we apply steps in this workshop.

I believe that if I follow the systematic way to do the reflection I will develop and improve my teaching work.

Hi everyone.. 

At the beginning, i dont know to what extent the reflection is useful for me as a teacher..that why i don't do it before for my teaching..

Later on this workshop, i relaized the important of having a reflection for our work in our lesson plan.. To show our effort and how can i improve it by time..And actually this workshop is very good with many example to explain point by point..I don't feel very complicate..so big hands for you senior..

Self-reflection guides to self-awareness and lead u to know the good and bad point that u have👍

To be honest befor today’s traning session about the importance of self-reflections and how to do it i did not focus on it at all but today I learn that by reflecting my works i will give my mind apportunity to observe and think critically 🧐

In my coming classes absolutely i will follow up all the techniques and ideas that my senior shows ❤️ to improve the area where i strong👍 I like how my senior make the workshop simple and easy for us because when it is very difficult I feel I don't know what to do and be stuck.

My previous ideas about reflection was explaining  all steps, activities, questions and students situations in details. I think it is very long like describing. I don't honestly do reflecton for my lessons because I don't know why we need reflection.
But after attending today’s training session I learned that reflections is analyzing how the lesson was taught and how might be improved for better results by following specific points and steps. 
The training session was organized and everything was clear enough for us. The trainer explained reflection clearly and supported all steps with examples , different diagrams and real situations in classroom. Also she used multimedia to make it easier for us. Actually I am planning to apply reflection in my coming classes.

I attended a useful workshop with our senior who presented the way of *self_reflection* clearly..

I was sometime do reflection in my head for my lesson but in other way not like this reflection and without any steps .. But now I see it needs more organize steps and details to do reflection in the right way..It need analyize..

After attending workshop with our senior now I know that doing self-reflection can be wrote with any teacher because there is clear steps about doing self-reflection. Senior explained in simple way how we do self-reflection and she do some examples for writing self-reflection. 

Surly, I will do self-reflection for my teaching classes because I want to improve and not stay in my same place all the time. Surly after doing self-reflection I will improve and be proud with myself and proud with my teaching because I will improve a lot.
